【正文】 在全世界得到了廣泛的研究，在把可燃性氣體轉(zhuǎn)換成電能時(shí)并不產(chǎn)生污染。到目前為止，有五種類型的檢測設(shè)備能夠?qū)諝庵械木凭窟M(jìn)行檢測，分別是半導(dǎo)體型、燃料電池型、氣體色譜分析型、紅外線型、和比色型。英國內(nèi)部為了簡化這種繁瑣的流程，研發(fā)了一種呼吸式超級(jí)酒精檢測儀器，可以根據(jù)被測者的體溫、呼吸頻度等體征，現(xiàn)場對(duì)司機(jī)體內(nèi)的酒精含量進(jìn)行測量。為了對(duì)醉酒者進(jìn)行檢測，通常警察使用的是方便攜帶的氣體酒精濃度測試儀。20世紀(jì)以來，信息技術(shù)得到了快速的發(fā)展，傳感器技術(shù)逐步走向成熟，在生產(chǎn)生活中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。此外，不論是工廠企業(yè)還是普通家庭，酒精泄露的檢測、監(jiān)控對(duì)居民的人身和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全都是十分重要和必要的。司機(jī)過量飲酒會(huì)造成體內(nèi)酒精濃度過高，神經(jīng)受到麻痹，進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)大腦反應(yīng)不及時(shí)、肢體不受控制等危險(xiǎn)情況，最終引起交通事故。而隨著我國近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和人民生活水平的不斷提高，私家車的保有量越來越多，汽車成為代步工具也成了一種普遍的現(xiàn)象。酒精消費(fèi)量最高的是俄羅斯及其周邊的東歐國家，其次是歐洲其他國家。能用于交通檢測、酒廠及食品工廠發(fā)酵監(jiān)控等場所。該設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)簡單，軟件功能采用C語言進(jìn)行編寫，方便靈活。 中文題目 手持式酒精濃度測試儀的研制 英文題目 Development of Handheld Alcohol Concentration Detector 27 / 32摘 要本文介紹的是一種手持式酒精濃度測試儀的設(shè)計(jì)方案，采用高精度MQ3酒精氣體傳感器對(duì)空氣中的酒精濃度進(jìn)行檢測，利用宏晶公司高性能低成本單片機(jī)STC12C5A32AD對(duì)檢測信號(hào)進(jìn)行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換和處理，具有聲光報(bào)警和顯示功能。為了適應(yīng)不同環(huán)境下的監(jiān)測，可依據(jù)不同的環(huán)境設(shè)定不同的閥值，超過閥值即進(jìn)行聲光報(bào)警。該儀器具有靈敏度高、工作性能好、功耗低、成本低，性價(jià)比高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：酒精濃度測試 STC12C5A32AD MQ3 閾值 AbstractThis paper introduces a design of an instrument which is used to detect the concentration of the alcohol. The alcohol in the air is detected by a high precision sensor named MQ3. MCU is STC12C5A32AD produced by STC pany. The analogtodigital conversion is integrated in the MCU. Both sampling analog signal and processing data can be acplished by this kind of MCU. As the price is cheap and function is fully, the MCU has a high cost performance. We can read the concentration of the alcohol from the LCD of the instrument. Once the concentration is higher than the threshold level, the instrument will alarm through voice and light. The threshold can be set according to the circumstance. The design is convenient and flexible. Because the circuit is sample and the program is written in C language. The instrument has the advantages of high sensitivity, good working performance, low power consumption, high performance price ratio.
