Now the prices of main products of oredressing enterprises are close to the international price, how to reduce the cost and improve the market petence is an important problem, which is related to the fate of the enterprises. Energy consumption of oredressing plants is tremendous, which occupies % of gross production cost. Consumption of Water、 eletricity and coal gas occupies 96% of cost of energy , exact、 actual、 timely、 adapted 、 general information of energy consumption is very allimportant to cost control. This paper introduce current status of production cost control in oredressing plants, aim at problems of energy consumption in cost control of oredressing enterprises, bine current status of cost management in domestic and oversea oredressing enterprises, on the basis of this, the structure and function of Energy consumption’ cost prediction system of oredressing production process are proposed. Combination of Energy consumption’cost predicting 、 Cost Analyzing、 Cost Control, the speediness scientificalness and validity of Energy consumption’ cost control of oredressing production process are improved. On the basis of the structure and function of Energy consumption’ cost prediction system of oredressing production process, detail design are made, including function design, database and data table design, interface design more, we designed and developed Energy consumption’ cost prediction system of oredressing production process. The structuralizing and modularization principles are adopted in this system, so the system owns high generality. This system provides powerful tool for the cost control of oredressing production process.
