RF signal is produced by the AD9858 is controled By buttons,the atmega128 singlechip controlis the DA so as to control voltage controlled amplifiers,then power adjustable can be the W amplifier driver stage circuit consists of high frequency transistor 2SC3356 and AH101,we can drive the final stage power amplifier which consist of RD15HVF1 and has 20W maximum power. The power detection module is made up of a decay and a detectors posed of the schottky calculates the power with the peak value output by the detector and collected by the AD, at the same time ,it also controls the liquid crystal to display frequency and power reality. According to the test, this driving source can produce the 400500MHz fine and adjustable rf signal by operating puter and can control 520W output power with the buttons, it realizes some technical difficulties like the SPC rf power amplification, rf frequency controlling and power detecting and so on.
