【正文】 ,具有良好 的導(dǎo)熱性和導(dǎo)電性,無磁性,可焊性基本良好。 目前,國(guó)外已有一部分效果較好的軟釬劑進(jìn)入市場(chǎng),但價(jià)格較高,難以大批量使用。因此,要實(shí)現(xiàn)釬焊過程并得到質(zhì)量好的接頭,母材和釬料表面氧化膜的徹底清除是十分必要的 [1]。 母材表面氧化膜的存在,使得液態(tài)釬料不能潤(rùn)濕它們。X 射線衍射分析表明,鋁合金表面氧化膜為γ Al2O3 型氧化膜。 on specimen. ZnAl filler metal and flux manufactured with different position were utilized to measure the spread area and wetting angle of the flux on the LY12 board. In this paper, the effect of heatingup temperature and holding time on the solder’s wettability had been mainly researched. Results show spread area and wetting angle of filler metal is changing with the position of chloride flux.
