Department of Teaching Affairs，Qingdao University Medical College，Qingdao 266021[Abstract]Objective To investigate and analyze the situation of clinical practice of clinical medicine in our college，in order to trengthen the management and improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods Using survey methods，the clinical medical interns attitude，medical humanities quality education，practice management and clinical skills training and assessment of 236 interns of 2005 were investigated and analyzed . Results ① % of students think that strengthen medical humanities quality education to play an important role in clinical practice. ②% of the students mastered the clinical basic capabilitis after the end of clinical practice，and % of students have the ability to deal with the mon and frequently occurring diseases independently. % students to the clinical teaching management were satisfied，the factors that affected the clinical practice quality were the exams for postgraduate schools（%）， the teacher level（%）， the school and the hospital management（%），the doctorpatient relationship（%）.③% of the students considered it necessary to enhance clinical ski
