【正文】 三九集團(tuán)研制的“盒裝藥品自動售藥機(jī)”心 3’ 24|，該設(shè)備采用矩陣形布局出藥作動器，這種布局可減少電氣控制成本，已得到推廣應(yīng)用。該裝置采用回轉(zhuǎn)塔式結(jié)構(gòu)，藥品分層放置，無自動控制，僅依靠手動旋轉(zhuǎn)，該裝置簡單實用，已廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)大、中、小型各類醫(yī)院，但這種裝置占地面積大，空間利用率低，不能實現(xiàn)計算機(jī)管理，不能降低藥品調(diào)劑差 錯率；三則可見于胡乃鋼申報的中國專利“醫(yī)院門診藥房自動投藥機(jī)”乜 2j，該裝置采用傾斜儲藥槽，配合直線定位推桿出藥機(jī)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)自動出藥。在門診藥品處理方 面，國內(nèi)研究可以分為三個階段。 2020 年上半年，北京航空航天大學(xué)機(jī)器人研究 所與蘇州艾隆科技有限公司合作完成了機(jī)械手式自動化藥房樣機(jī)的研制工作，由于此種藥房參照德國 ROWA公司的設(shè)計方案，因此不能滿足國內(nèi)醫(yī)院門診藥房的要求，故沒有推向市場，但是在研制工作中積累許多開發(fā)自動化藥房的知識和技術(shù)，為新一代自動化藥房的開發(fā)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。目前該公司正在進(jìn)行市場開發(fā)工作。該藥房主要針對三九醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)的中藥 飲片山東輕工業(yè)學(xué)院 2020 屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 6 和膠囊設(shè)計制造，主要面向藥品發(fā)放量較小的藥店和病房藥房，應(yīng)用面較窄 n 5’。 國內(nèi)研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀 2020 年，由深圳三九集團(tuán)承擔(dān)的國家 863 計劃項目“智能化藥房”通過了驗收。不僅如此，對于前者， 2020 個出藥機(jī)構(gòu)的集散控制是一個難度較大的問題，系統(tǒng)可靠性較差；而對于后者，同步伺服升降機(jī) +50 個出藥機(jī)構(gòu)，僅采用工 ／ 0 控制即可，系統(tǒng)可靠性大大提高。 如果采用矩陣式出藥結(jié)構(gòu)，按“行”出藥采用升降機(jī)，層數(shù)為 40；按“列’’出藥采用同上的出藥機(jī)構(gòu)，則僅需要 50 個出藥機(jī)構(gòu)；升降機(jī)采用同步伺服控制，成本約為萬元，而出藥機(jī)構(gòu)成本僅為 l 萬元。 6 出藥系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式 出藥系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式不僅決定了自動化藥房的出藥操作性能，而且會產(chǎn)生巨大的成本差異。上藥時，需要藥品入庫的儲藥斗按照計算 機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)出的指令轉(zhuǎn)到藥房背面，藥師在藥柜背面的上藥口向規(guī)定位置放置藥品。主要工作原理是將儲藥斗鉸接在回轉(zhuǎn)式傳動鏈的鏈節(jié)上，每個儲藥斗中分區(qū)放置各種藥品。這是一種半自動式藥房，大部分藥品發(fā)放工作還需人工完成。 目前這種類型的自動化藥房逐漸成為國外自動化藥房的發(fā)展趨勢，這是由于國外醫(yī)與藥分離的體制決定的，而我國目前大中型醫(yī)院仍以盒裝藥品發(fā)放為主，因此這類自動化藥房暫時不適合于中國國情，但有可能是將來的發(fā)展方向。其功能特點是采用機(jī)械手抓取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塑料瓶，實現(xiàn)藥品自動灌裝、封口和自動貼標(biāo)簽。 目前儲藥槽式自動化藥房是國內(nèi)外盒裝藥品自動發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的主流，德國、荷蘭等公司正在爭相搶占國內(nèi)市場。這種自動化藥房依靠增加出藥作動機(jī)構(gòu)來保證出藥效率，增加儲藥槽來提高 藥盒存儲量，因此機(jī)械加工成本和電氣控制成本極高，在處理藥品品種和數(shù)量很大的中國醫(yī)院藥房難以推廣。該類型的自動化藥房采用重力落料原理，將藥盒側(cè)立擺放在與水平方向有一定傾角的儲藥槽中。 3 儲藥槽式自動化藥房 針對機(jī)械手式自動化藥房的不足，法國 APOTEl 和荷蘭公司推出了儲藥槽式自動化藥房 。 另一種機(jī)械手式自動化藥房是以世界著名物流系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商 Swisslog 集團(tuán)為代表的采用機(jī)械手搬運標(biāo)準(zhǔn)藥盒的方式，每個藥盒內(nèi)的藥品品種和包裝是相同的，例如瑞士 swisslog公司的 Boxpick自動化系藥房 和 Pillpick自動化藥房 。該系列藥房通過北京歐邁世籠公武代理已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用在上海市南京路豹上海南第一醫(yī)藥商店，社會反應(yīng)良好，山東輕工業(yè)學(xué)院 2020 屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 4 同時創(chuàng)造了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益， 2020 年 lO 月 28 日中央電視臺新聞聯(lián)播進(jìn)行了報道。該公司成立于 1996 年，目前在歐洲銷售超過 looO 臺，在歐洲 14 個國家使用 ?？蓺w納為三種典型的自動化藥房形式。 世紀(jì) 90年代，在現(xiàn)代藥品管理思想的指導(dǎo)下，德國、美國、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家就已經(jīng)開始了藥房自動化方面的研究，勢研制 出了諸多與本國醫(yī)院藥房配套的各種自動純設(shè)備。該裝置尤其適用于處方量較大、單處方藥品量較少的醫(yī)院藥房和零售藥店使用。另外，社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，人們生活水平的不斷提高，人們對于健康的需求也在日益提升，這些都對醫(yī)院藥房改革和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提出了迫切需求。從藥房自身來講，藥房設(shè)備設(shè)施陳舊，工作環(huán)境差，藥師的工作強(qiáng)度高，幾乎是所有醫(yī)院藥房普遍的狀況和存在的問題。 drug dismantle sorting is basic on people working industry, or by the electronic label information prompt assisted manual sorting operation.
