【正文】 開發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù) 5 第 2 章 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù) 系統(tǒng)開發(fā) 要做好系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)技術(shù)的分析，并針對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)研究，如系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析與選擇，特別是針對系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu) C/S 模式和 B/S模式的比較分析，從而作出本系統(tǒng)采用的模式；以及系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)框架和應(yīng)用技術(shù)的分析，為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)提供技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。 第七章：總結(jié)與展望。 第六章：系統(tǒng)測試。 第五章：系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 第四章：系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。依據(jù) 2020 年國務(wù)院頒布的貧困學(xué)生資助體系的有關(guān)要求，充分了解具體的業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施情況項(xiàng)目。研究了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)技術(shù)，包括系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架第 1 章 緒 論 4 構(gòu)模式： B/S 模式和 C/S 模式，以及兩種模式的比較分析，以及本系統(tǒng)采用的模式；介紹了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)框架和應(yīng)用技術(shù)。本章包括論文的研究背景、資助系統(tǒng)的概述，同時(shí)對本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了介紹。 資助管理系統(tǒng)圍繞學(xué)生資助工作的實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，比較完整地實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生信息管理、資助資格審核和資助信息管理等功能，基本滿足了資助工作的需要，為資助工作構(gòu)建了信息化平臺，為提高工作效率和管理水平提供了強(qiáng)有力的支持 。 針對操作權(quán)限和數(shù)據(jù)狀態(tài)相關(guān)的問題給出了解決方案。整套開發(fā)框架結(jié)構(gòu)清晰、簡單易用，經(jīng)開發(fā)使用證明效果良好，適用于類似系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。在數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問及數(shù)據(jù)操作方面，開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的邏輯模塊作為數(shù)據(jù)交互層。 第 1 章 緒 論 3 本文研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)構(gòu)安排 本文研究內(nèi)容 本文主要依據(jù)國家在 2020 年，國務(wù)院頒布的貧困學(xué)生資助體系的實(shí)際情況，并充分了解具體的業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施情況，同時(shí)從資助管理體系的自身需要的角度出發(fā)，詳細(xì)論述了本系統(tǒng)的需求分析，包括系統(tǒng)的總體功能需求、非功能性需求系統(tǒng)、系統(tǒng)的軟件應(yīng)用環(huán)境和硬件應(yīng)用環(huán)境。每年高校資助的種類高達(dá)幾十項(xiàng)，每一次涉及發(fā)放的金額少則數(shù)萬元多達(dá)數(shù)百萬，每年獲得各種資助和獎勵(lì)的學(xué)生多達(dá)幾萬人 次，占到在校學(xué)生的 60%以上 [6]。這也是黨中央、國務(wù)院、各級人民政府、教育行政部門和社會各界高度重視和關(guān)心問題。 研究現(xiàn)狀 隨著高校家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生資助工作的全面深入開展，給資助工作，特別是信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)和匯總提出了更高的要求。 同時(shí)隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代化辦公不可短缺的工具和信息傳輸?shù)挠行лd體，基于 Web 技術(shù)的各類網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)也應(yīng)運(yùn)產(chǎn)生，這些網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)被應(yīng)用于社會生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，如政府辦公、商貿(mào)經(jīng)濟(jì)、交通運(yùn)輸、文化教育等 [4]。 研究目的及意義 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，政府及社會各界對高校人才培養(yǎng)的投入力度也在加大，各種形式的獎助學(xué)金、助學(xué)貸款、勤工助學(xué)、生活補(bǔ)助 等，涉及的學(xué)生數(shù)第 1 章 緒 論 2 量眾多，金額龐大，牽涉的面廣，政策性強(qiáng)，情況復(fù)雜，面臨的困難很多。從 1999 年至 2020 年年底， 10 年來， 全國高校累計(jì)有 萬名大學(xué)生通過國家助學(xué)貸款政策圓了自己的大學(xué)夢， 累計(jì)貸款金額達(dá) 億元 [3]。同時(shí)，全國 20 個(gè)已啟動生源地信用助學(xué)貸款工作的省份，共計(jì)審批貸款學(xué)生 萬人，審批貸款合同金額 億元。國家助學(xué)貸款方面， 2020 年全國高校新增貸款人數(shù) 萬人，新增貸款金額 億元 [2]。截止到 2020 年，“獎、貸、助、補(bǔ)、減”混合 型資助模式的運(yùn)行，使許多貧困學(xué)子走出困境，踏上了求學(xué)之路。例如新生報(bào)到期間“綠色通道”解決考入大學(xué)的家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生先按時(shí)報(bào)到；入校后，學(xué)校對其家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難情況進(jìn)行核實(shí)，采取不同的如給予國家助學(xué)金以解決生活費(fèi)，積極辦理解決國家助學(xué)貸款解決學(xué)生學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)問題。為保障高等教育公平 ,我國已形成了“獎、貸、助、補(bǔ)、減”多元資助體系 [1]。 System management。最后，總結(jié)本課題的具體開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)工作，同時(shí)對學(xué)生資助信息管理系統(tǒng)的下一步擴(kuò)展設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用做了明確的展望。在系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中，主要描述了系統(tǒng)用戶登錄、用戶權(quán)限設(shè)置、學(xué)生基本信息管 理和資助管理四個(gè)功能界面。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的功能需求，對高校資助管理系統(tǒng)的具體功能模塊（具體包括貧困生管理、勤工助學(xué)管理、助學(xué)貸款管理、獎助學(xué)金管理、系統(tǒng)管理）和系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析，并給出系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)功能模塊結(jié)構(gòu)圖以及系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖。將計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到學(xué)生資助管理當(dāng)中，設(shè)計(jì)出一套學(xué)生資助信息管理系統(tǒng)，既有助于提高學(xué)生資助管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化程度，還可以促進(jìn)學(xué)生資助工作的不斷創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。Abstract 高校資助管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著高校收費(fèi)體制的改革，學(xué)生資助管理的規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大。目前我國基本建立起以特殊困難補(bǔ)助、勤工助學(xué)、學(xué)生貸款、獎學(xué)金、學(xué)費(fèi)減免為主體的多元化的資助貧困家庭學(xué)生的政策體系，以幫助我國全日制公辦普通高等學(xué)校貧困家庭學(xué)生順利入學(xué)和順利完成學(xué)業(yè)。 本文以貴州師范大學(xué)的學(xué)生資助管理為研究對象，進(jìn)行充分的調(diào)查研究，在此基 礎(chǔ)上，提出學(xué)生資助管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析，采用 開發(fā)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)出一套通用的高校學(xué)生資助信息管理系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)過程從數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)的原則和基本步驟出發(fā)，研究制定完整的數(shù)據(jù)字典，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)涉及的實(shí)體和屬性，給出系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫表關(guān)系圖。結(jié)合系統(tǒng)功能要求，采用B/S 的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)模式，運(yùn)用服務(wù)器控件設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)完成學(xué)生資助信息管理系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 學(xué)生資助；管理系統(tǒng)；分析與設(shè)計(jì) Abstract Abstract With the reform of universities charge system, the scale of student financial assistance management is expanding gradually. In order to help the students in poor families to admit and finish the school work successfully in the Chinese fulltime public universities, the policy systems including scholarships, student loan, workstudy, special difficulties subsidy and tuition free are set up basically. It is beneficial to improve the level of standardizationand work in the student financial assistance management and promote innovation in this work though the puter work technology basing on the information management system of WEB. In this dissertation, the student financial assistance management in Guizhou normal university was researched and the demand of this management system was analyzed as well. A set of general financial assistance information management system was designed based on the . According to the functional requirements of the system, this article analyzed and designed the specific functional modules of student financial assistance management system including the poor student information management, workstudy management, management of student loans, scholarships management, system management and the system database and showed detailed functional block diagram of the system and system business process diagrams. On principle of the database design, the plete data dictionary was formulated. On the basis of the involved entities and attributes of system, this study gave the database table relationship chart. In the system implementation process, this article mainly described the login of users, user permission setting, student information management and financial assistance to the system functional requirements, on the basis of the B/S work architecture model and the server controls, this research designed the student financial assistance management system. Finally, the dissertation summed up the specific process of the development and design, and made a clear vision in expansion design and applications of student financial information management systems in the future.
