【正文】 tioned in of this article, Party B shall postpone their employment term until conditions mentioned in disappear. Besides the conditions as agreed upon in and of this article, Party B shall inform the Chinese Staff and Party A in written notice 30 days in advance if it intends to cancel its employment relationship with the Chinese Staff. Party A may revoke or terminate Labor Contract with the Chinese Staff according to labor laws and regulations. Article 11 Economic Compensation For Dismissal In circumstance of Party B dismissing the Chinese Staff in accordance with of this contract, it shall pay Party A a sum of economic pensation for dismissal of Chinese Staff equals to onemonth Remuneration for each full year service of the Chinese Staff with Party B. In case of totally less one year service, the said pensation equals to onemonth Remuneration. When Party B dismisses Chinese Staff because he/she have diseases or non workrelated injuries and cannot engage in their former work or suitable work assigned by Party B upon expiration of the prescribed period of medical care, it shall pay Party A a medical subsidy for the Chinese Staff that equals at least 6month Remuneration of the Chinese Staff in addition to payment of economic pensation fund as stipulated in of this article. Article 12 Cancellation Of Employment Relationship Through Consultation Through unanimous consultation between Party B and the Chinese Staff, employment relationship between Party B and Chinese Staff may be cancelled and Party B shall pay Party A economic pensation fund for dismissal of Chinese Staff according to the criterion set forth in of this contract. Article 13 Cancellation Of Employment Relationship By The Chinese Staff Economic pensation in case of cancellation of employment relationship by the Chinese Staff In case of Chinese Staff can celing employment relationship as agreed upon in and 17 17 of this article, Party B shall pay Party A an economic pensation fund according to the stipulations in of This Contract.
