INTRODUCTION Logistics distribution center LocationSelect under the ECommerce Environment means making an optimization of crucial nodes in the logistics work system, such as the quantity ,location, size of storage, sell, distribution DCS work node and so on, to achieve the optimization on the efficiency of the whole logistics work system. Logistics distribution center plays a leader role in the logistics work system. It attaches the suppliers and the customers, impacts the cost of the every economic activity and simultaneously makes an impact on the running and development of the distribution center. The logistics distribution center LocationSelect must get the certification of external conditions, receive the 1 prediction of internal business amount, and finish the address selection, as Figure1 displays. Logistics distribution center LocationSelect is very important, and how to choose the logistics distribution center reasonably will be the key problem of the development of the logistics enterprise under the ECommerce Environment 2. THE FEATURE OF LOGISTICS DISTRIBUTION CENTER UNDER THE ECOMMERCE ENVIRONMENT AND PRIMARY FACTORS WHICH WILL AFFECT THE LOCATIONSELECT feature of logistics distribution center under the emerce environment With the development of the inter and modern information technology, ECommerce gradually bees the most petitive business mode in the 21st century. Its operating concept and mode is distinctly different from traditional business model, so logistics distribution center is different from traditional model to some extent. The main differences display as Table 1.
