ANCA相關(guān)小血管炎主要指韋格納肉芽腫病，現(xiàn)稱肉芽腫性多血管炎（Granulomatosis with polyangiitis, GPA）、顯微鏡下型多血管炎（MPA）和ChurgStrauss 綜合征，現(xiàn)稱為嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞性GPA（EGPA）
（2）腎臟是AAV最易受累的臟器，特別是MPA
