【正文】 7 大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗生素具有明顯的消化道刺激癥狀；靜脈給藥可刺激局部血管引起靜脈炎。 5 阿齊霉素為大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗生素，對(duì)衣原體、支原體和軍團(tuán)菌有效。 4 頭孢它啶為三代頭孢，對(duì)革蘭陰性菌效果好，與青霉素類有交叉耐藥性，偶見過敏性休克。 2 白細(xì)胞不高，提示常規(guī)菌感染的可能性較小。 治療 7天后癥狀體征消失 ， 10天后出院 。 血常規(guī)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)正常 。 抗 感 染 藥 物 治 療 Ideal antibacterial can affect bacterial metabolism and can’t affect host cell ’s. body pathogenic microanism antibacterials antibacterial action resistance Questions ?
