【正文】 目前海爾在中心城市實現 8小時配送到位，區(qū)域內 24小時配送到位，全國 4天以內配送到位。 由于物流技術和計算機信息管理的支持，海爾物流通過 3個 JIT，即 JIT采購、 JIT配送和 JIT分撥物流來實現同步流程。海爾通過整合內部資源，優(yōu)化外部資源使供應商由原來的 2336家優(yōu)化至 978家，國際化供應商的比例卻上升了 20%，建立了強大的全球供應鏈網絡，ＧＥ、愛默生、巴斯夫等世界 500強企業(yè)都已成為海爾的供應商，有力地保障了海爾產品的質量和交貨期。海爾國際物流中心貨區(qū)面積 7200平方米，但它的吞吐量卻相當于普通平面?zhèn)}庫的 30萬平方米，同樣的工作，海爾物流中心只有 10個叉車司機，而一般倉庫完成這樣的工作量至少需要上百人。 目前，海爾集團每個月平均接到 6000多個銷售訂單，這些訂單的定制產品品種達7000多個，需要采購的物料品種達 15萬余種。海爾公司的采購體系 為訂單而采購，消滅庫存。 這樣的采購模式，就是 JIT采購模式。 這幾條，既很好地滿足了用戶的需求，又使得用戶的庫存量最小。它的采購送貨是直接送到需求點上； 2．用戶需要什么，就送什么，品種規(guī)格符合客戶需要； 3．用戶需要什么質量，就送什么質量，品種質量符合客戶需要，拒絕次品和廢品； 4．用戶需要多少，就送多少，不少送，也不多送； 5．用戶什么時候需要，就什么時候送貨，不晚送，也不早送，非常準時。? 目視管理，減少庫存。功能：? 傳遞生產、運送的工作指令。? 其它工序只下達每月大致生產的品種和數量計劃。輸入 MRP程序的三個主要來源：?
