與當(dāng)?shù)睾拥拦芾聿块T聯(lián)系,組織救生艇,救生船只進(jìn)行救援。如無條件應(yīng)將機(jī)動(dòng)設(shè)備順著來水方向停放,避免沖翻設(shè)備。(3)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組織人員撤離易損材料(如焊材、補(bǔ)口材料等)。(四)洪水災(zāi)害急救措施(1)發(fā)現(xiàn)洪水汛情,要立即通知應(yīng)急反應(yīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,并組織搶險(xiǎn)。(3)切斷電源后,應(yīng)立即檢查傷者傷情,重點(diǎn)檢查呼吸和心跳。(2)電源控制器較遠(yuǎn),應(yīng)就近使用木、竹等絕緣器具給觸電者切斷電源。(4)救時(shí)要注意不要將傷病加重,必須搞清楚原因再行動(dòng)。(2)如遇有骨折,要采取措施固定骨折部位。要防止二次傷害。(8)有濃煙和有毒氣體,要用濕毛巾或防毒面具捂住口鼻,保護(hù)呼吸。(6)若大面積起火或預(yù)測(cè)到火災(zāi)會(huì)迅速發(fā)展不易撲滅,應(yīng)立即撥打119向消防部門報(bào)警。(4)要準(zhǔn)確判斷起火部位,迅速切斷該區(qū)域的油、氣、電。(2)全體職工聽到呼救后,要立即停止一切工作前往救援。(8)在火災(zāi)蔓延到室外,要采取措施控制火勢(shì),在積極撲滅的同時(shí),防止二次傷害。A、 室內(nèi)滅火(1)職工發(fā)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)起火,應(yīng)立即判斷起火部位;(2)迅速切斷油、氣、電,停止可以發(fā)生火花的一切操作;(3)如果允許,應(yīng)迅速隔離或搬掉易燃易爆物品;(4)火災(zāi)初期,起火面積小,可用滅火器、水、水濕的毛氈、棉被等物品,迅速撲滅;(5)若伴有濃煙和有毒氣體,應(yīng)用濕毛巾或防毒面具捂住口鼻,保護(hù)呼吸;(6)若大面積起火或預(yù)見到火勢(shì)會(huì)迅速發(fā)展而不易撲滅,應(yīng)立即跑出呼救,撥打119向消防部門報(bào)警。(1)聽到指令迅速到位、待命;(2)聽從指揮員或組長(zhǎng)的指揮,不得擅自行動(dòng);(3)熟知本崗位的職責(zé),盡自己所能提供救助;(4)堅(jiān)守自己的崗位,盡職盡責(zé);(5)如果發(fā)現(xiàn)重大危險(xiǎn)情況,及時(shí)通知有關(guān)人員,并做出必要反應(yīng);(6)協(xié)助有關(guān)人員檢查清理現(xiàn)場(chǎng),防止和減少余險(xiǎn)復(fù)出(死灰復(fù)燃)及環(huán)境污染。(1) 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)任何緊急情況做出正確的反應(yīng);(2) 負(fù)責(zé)召集,指揮應(yīng)急小組成員;(3) 負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)動(dòng)公司所屬的人力、財(cái)力、物力,接收信息保留記錄;(4) 負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)急現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的指揮或委派和緊急事件后調(diào)查、分析和處理;(5) 當(dāng)暫時(shí)離開組長(zhǎng)崗位時(shí),應(yīng)以書面形式指定代理負(fù)責(zé)人。(1) 隨時(shí)提供緊急事故削減使用的物資; (2) 組織貨源,保證急救物資使用的連續(xù)性。(1) 及時(shí)了解統(tǒng)計(jì)受災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況(2)
