Chinese enterprises entail the kind of entrepreneurship imbued with traditional Chinese spirit. 周易 與中國 企業(yè)文化精神 思考之五： 擁有文化精神的自豪。有一句名言： 「 只有民族的，才是世界的。 我們是在中國的國土上、是立足 於 中國悠久文化的根基上發(fā)展企業(yè)。 面對當今世界奔湧向前的經(jīng)濟大潮，中國企業(yè)發(fā)展的正確方向應當如何把握？我們的國學精髓能否提煉出有益於企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要的指導思想？比如 《 周易 》 的各方面哲理，能否切實有效地轉(zhuǎn)化為富有啟迪意義的企業(yè)文化精神？這顯然是今天的中國企業(yè)家值得思考的問題。 茍非先聖開蒙吝，幾作人間淺丈夫。 倦時就枕不必睡，歡後攜筇任所之。 古代不少學者對 《 周易 》 中所含藏的深厚的文化精神探之甚篤，用情至深。因此，分析探討 《 周易 》 與企業(yè)文化精神，務必將之視為哲學的或思想的 「 文化精神體系 」 ，切不可把每項 「 精神 」 孤立起來作呆板的理解。悟得 「 未濟終焉 」的旨趣，則不難明白 ―― 不論事業(yè)的成功達到何種境界，我們腳下的路都不應該劃上句號吧！ 10.
