（4） 本協(xié)議受簽約雙方所簽定的銷(xiāo)售確認(rèn)條款的制約。
（3） 對(duì)雙方政府間的貿(mào)易，甲方有權(quán)按其政府的授權(quán)進(jìn)行有關(guān)的直接貿(mào)易，而不受本協(xié)議的約束。若有買(mǎi)主希望從甲方直接訂購(gòu)，甲方可以供貨，但甲方須將有關(guān)銷(xiāo)售確認(rèn)書(shū)副本寄給乙方，并按所達(dá)成交易的發(fā)票金額給乙方_____%的傭金。仲裁費(fèi)用，除另有規(guī)定外，由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。若通過(guò)友好協(xié)商未能達(dá)成協(xié)議，則提交中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，根據(jù)該會(huì)仲裁程序暫行規(guī)定進(jìn)行仲裁。
若協(xié)議一方未履行協(xié)議條款，另一方有權(quán)終止協(xié)議。 Publicity Expenses
