【正文】 discussion of market mechanism and scientific incentive methods based on equity, this paper analyses effective integration of scientific resources, such as talents, funds, scientific fruits, public administration, ect. , for the establishment of relatively stabile relationship among parties, to promote rational following and effective allocation of the resources, to reduce idle and waste, to push forward technology innovation and to improve scientific contribution rate. In particularly, using financial engineering technology, this paper builds a human resource incentive system and arrangement based on the structureinnovated phantom stock, and employs BlackScholes option pricing model to analyze the stock value in terms of the system effectiveness.
