The number of the fans for which the mechanical running test should be conducted is as follows if the same type of the fans with the same machine No. are produced in batch:a) One of twenty fans should be tested if the machine No. Is no more than No (Count the fans as 20 if they are less than 20)。b) One of ten fans should be tested if the machine No. Is between No and No (Count the fans as 10 if they are less than 10)。c) Mechanical running test should be conducted for each fan If machine No. Exceeds No. . If one of mechanical running test, aerodynamic performance test, impeller overspeed test and noise test of the fan is not passed, samples to be tested should be doubled。 if one of the following tests is still not passed, each of the fans should be tested.6 Guarantee Period Under the condition that the buyer plies with the installation and operation rules of the fan, the guarantee period of the fan is 8,000 hours from the date of operation of the fan, but is no more than 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier. The supplier should repair or replace the fan free of charge if the fan is damaged or unable to work due to poor quality or material defects within the guarantee period.7 Mark and Packaging Marks Marks of products There should be nameplate in the eyecatching location of the fan and supporting equipment。 the content of the nameplate should include:a) Type and name。b) Main technical parameters: Pressure (or static pressure) of the fan (unit: Pa or kPa)。 flow rate (unit: m3/min)。 the power of motor (unit: kw)。 speed of rotation (unit: r/min)。c) Product serial No.。d) Date of manufacturing。e) Name of manufacturer. PackagingThe packaging of the fan should ply with the provisions of JB/T6444. The fan should be packaged according to the serial No., item and the number specified in packing list.
