Foreign Investment have made outstanding contributions for China39。s economic development. Since a large number of foreign investment do their business in secondary industry, resulting in a large number of our resources and energy consumption. Large emissions of pollutants to our environment caused great damage. At the same time, environmental factors plays a very important role in the choice of foreign investment .Bad environment will affect the foreign investment. Thus, foreign investment and environmental protection they are interrelated and mutually conditioned.
