【導(dǎo)讀】交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)主要分為:異步電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)和同步電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng),但是它們都存在不足。制精度較低;同步電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)維護(hù)費(fèi)用較大,而且控制方法較復(fù)雜[1]。近年來(lái),許多國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者都將其目光投向無(wú)刷雙饋電機(jī)。行方式,它即可作為變頻調(diào)速電機(jī),又可作為變速恒頻發(fā)電機(jī)。情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)雙饋電,無(wú)刷結(jié)構(gòu)保證了其具有良好的起動(dòng)性能和穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行特性。組);轉(zhuǎn)子不需要電刷和滑環(huán),可以采用籠型或磁阻結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)子對(duì)定子兩套。繞組中電流產(chǎn)生的磁場(chǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)電能量的轉(zhuǎn)換。通過(guò)改變控制繞組的接。線方式與供電頻率、幅值、相位來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)該電機(jī)的多種運(yùn)行方式。低于和高于同步速的雙饋調(diào)速運(yùn)行。此外滑動(dòng)接觸容易產(chǎn)生火花,從而限制了。但是控制方面卻沒(méi)有繞線式感應(yīng)電機(jī)方便,也沒(méi)有同步電機(jī)良好的運(yùn)行性能。有籠型、繞線式感應(yīng)電機(jī)和電勵(lì)磁同步電機(jī)的共同優(yōu)點(diǎn)。無(wú)刷雙饋電機(jī)可以有效解決高壓電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)中的技術(shù)難題。述問(wèn)題可以得到有效的解決[3]。
