plete the tasks on the beer producting line of labeling,fulling,cleaning and so ’s performance can have a significant impact on production efficiency,so,it’s significant for us to study that. This article outlined the development and trends of domestic and international bottle conveyor,analyzed bottle conveying machine working environment and performance requirements,studied the principleof bottleconvey, then determined the overall structure of the single row beer bottle conveyor, selected the appropriate the motor, reducer, belt and other ponents though calculation,and then designed on the sprockets, shafts and other key ponents in detail, in the end ,pleted the total transmission assembly of the single row beer bottle conveyor and diagrams of key parts. This kind of single row beer bottle conveyor use flat top conveyor chains for delivery, using the rail to achieve steady speed linear motion of bottles, The conveyor’speed is stability, with steady delivering, low energy consumption,and the whole structure is simple, easy to transport, easy to maintain and can meet the requirements production line of beer bottles on the input.
