Make the inspection and assay for raw material and trialproportioning for concrete and mortar. 2. Make the control survey point and main guide pile, or make the building orientation if condition permits. 3. Survey the bench mark, plete the impermanent bench mark and enclosure well. 4. Level up the field, build and repair the temporary fences used for construction. 5. According to the construction plan, lay the upanddown water pipe, dig the sedimentation basin, place the temporary road, plan and harden the construction site, set up the vehicle washing trough. 6. Set up the temporary facilities, switch on the power supply from distribution room to each application point. IV. Construction layout I. overall layout design According to the scheduling of construction site, carry out the dynamic control of subcontracting to construction overall layout under the instruction of general contracting, plete the zoning scheme in stages and in majors, make the pact collective management relatively independent. Based on creating the demonstration project of civilized construction, try to build the genuine gardenstyle construction site, produce a good trademark image for all sides that participate the construction. II. Layout of temporary facilities Roads in construction site are mainly as per the existing road system. Outfield road is mainly dominated by Xuedian Road. 1. Office buildings: (1) Office buildings for owner, supervisor and general contracting site adopt the temporary camp house made by color steel plate of one storey. （ as shown in figure） (2) Office buildings for construction are planned to be close to the above office buildings, setting up the unified camp house made by color steel plate of one storey with size of each. 2. Living quarters (1) Dorm: outside the construction site (2) Toilet: set up two waterflush toilets of size at one side of dorm, and two cesspools of 4m3m size outside the toilet. The discharged sewerage shall be put through the drain outlet pipeline on construction site and somebody is specially assigned to be in charge of the cleaning. (3) Canteen: outside the construction site, send for lunch. 3. Guard: set up two guard rooms, the guards shall be in charge of security defense and fire fighting for all persons on construction site and inandout materials. 4. Vehicle washing stand： in order to ensure the cleanliness of whole concrete vehicle when placing and grinding the concrete, and avoid the ―cast, splash, drop, leak‖ affecting the cleanliness of urban roads, on the arterial road of construction at the northern side of major entrance and exit set up vehicle washing stand and impounding reservoir for washing the vehicle before its going out, all sewerage disposed through settlement discharge into the drainage work on site. III. Temporary electricity layout for construction According to the requirements of this project, on site set up one distribution room of 500KVA. In order to ensure the normal power supply for producing area and safe utilization of electricity for living quarters, temporary utilization of electricity for construction is separately laid in the plan, thus independent power transmission system is respectively formed in office area, living quarter and producing area for construction. 1. Electricity layout in construction area According to the power equipment layout on construction site, in order to realize the equal utilization of electricity, this project will lay the cable by three lines, one line is switched from the power supply to temporary facilities, another line is for water supply and road, and the last line is for living. 2.
