Enterprise informationization has bee a tendency, TV blend with IT prominently. As a information resource and immaterial assets, documentation is the authentic records of enterprice production,technology,development,marketing and management， which take a important place in enterprice. As IT gain ground day by day, people use many OA software that produce many work usually make work documentation and presentation by Word,Excel,Powerpoint of Microsoft the way, text document such as Txt, graphics such as jpg,gif and png also have been widly used. As for the enterprice application, many enterprice has used OA for document transformation, to solve the document authorized useage,but it helped nothing for people to upload and share their own has many problems to use FTP and workdisk in Inter, the first is difficult to search, the second is document gathering, the third is authorized access,and the fourth is the control of the upload file technology which use webpage as its main carrier with flexibility, can embed plugin unit into webpage to solve the document current IT development, document online sharing such and have bee hot spots. The thesis introduced documentation management in its fisrt effort, then introduced the background of online document sharing system,discussed the achieving studying the model of Online Document Library and MIS (Management Information System), along with backstage management,integrating with actual work, the project of Online Document Sharing and Management System Implementation Based On Web came into paring Silverlight and Flex,we decided to acplish the Technical Documentation Management System of Guizhou TV Staion by Flash/Flex which is more developed the system with method of Software Engineering. The system development which based on the threetire architechture and Microsoft .NET platform with its development tools,has bined the advantage of online document sharing system and has used vogue AJAX technologe to upgrade its human interface and humanputer interaction,and the system also has features such as key data should be deployed to GuizhouTV’s intra by 2020, and serve the work of the enterprice’s technical work.
