研究的目的意義當(dāng)今社會(huì),在現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)中,存在自動(dòng)化程度不高,難以進(jìn)行大批量的生產(chǎn);工作效率低,且工人的工作環(huán)境惡劣;占用人力較多,操作固定不變易出錯(cuò);精度不高,工件裝夾費(fèi)時(shí),加工產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不高問(wèn)題,因此,我們要在實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆床加工的自動(dòng)化、減少生產(chǎn)力的投入生產(chǎn)和與其它工藝流程相結(jié)合等問(wèn)題上來(lái)解決這些問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也要考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題。 問(wèn)題的提出、分析以及解決方案鉆床指主要是用鉆頭在工件上加工孔的機(jī)床。機(jī)床加工時(shí),旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)由花鍵傳入,而進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)則由齒輪通過(guò)齒條帶動(dòng)套筒在鑲套內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)。鉆床執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律如下
