單片機(jī)作為計算機(jī)發(fā)展的重要分支,信息處理速度不僅快而且處理能力特別強,是現(xiàn)代絕大多數(shù)電子產(chǎn)品最重要的核心部分。數(shù)顯電子秤的設(shè)計是通過壓力傳感器采集到被測物體的確切重量并將其轉(zhuǎn)換成相應(yīng)的電壓信號。 (5)綜合性 電子稱重技術(shù)的發(fā)展規(guī)律就是不斷的加強基礎(chǔ)研究并擴(kuò)大相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用,擴(kuò)展新的技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,向相鄰學(xué)科和行業(yè)滲透,綜合各種技術(shù)去解決稱重計量、信息處理等問題。方案一 數(shù)碼管顯示。最終采用方案三來作為本次設(shè)計與制作的思路。 電子秤的工作原理 當(dāng)被稱物體放置在秤體的秤臺上時,其重量便通過秤體傳遞到稱重傳感器,傳感器隨之產(chǎn)生力一電效應(yīng),將物體的重量轉(zhuǎn)換成與被稱物體重量成一定函數(shù)關(guān)系(一般成正比關(guān)系)的電信號(電壓或電流等) 。圖 31 AT89
