保險標的范圍
第一條 凡在國內(nèi)江、河、湖泊和沿海經(jīng)水路運輸?shù)呢浳锞蔀楸颈ｋU之標的。
(二)船舶本身的損失。
第十六條 保險貨物運抵保險憑證所載明的目的地的收貨人在當?shù)氐牡谝粋€倉庫或儲存處所時起,被保險人應(yīng)在10天內(nèi)向當?shù)乇ｋU機構(gòu)申請并會同檢驗受損的貨物。
第二十二條 被保險人從獲悉或應(yīng)當獲悉保險貨物遭受損失的次日起,如果經(jīng)過2年不向保險人申請賠償,不提供必要的單證,或者不領(lǐng)取應(yīng)得的賠款,則視為自愿放棄權(quán)益。被保險人若放棄對第三者的索賠,保險人不承擔賠償責(zé)任。
投保人、被保險人的義務(wù)
第十二條 被保險人如果不履行下述任何一條規(guī)定的義務(wù),保險人有權(quán)終止保險責(zé)任或拒絕賠償部分或全部經(jīng)濟損失。
(三)液體貨物因受碰撞或擠壓致使所用容器(包括封口)損壞而滲漏的損失,或用液體保藏的貨物因液體滲漏而造成該貨物腐爛變質(zhì)的損失。
