保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的范圍
第一條 凡在國(guó)內(nèi)江、河、湖泊和沿海經(jīng)水路運(yùn)輸?shù)呢浳锞蔀楸颈ｋU(xiǎn)之標(biāo)的。
(二)船舶本身的損失。
第十六條 保險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)抵保險(xiǎn)憑證所載明的目的地的收貨人在當(dāng)?shù)氐牡谝粋€(gè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)或儲(chǔ)存處所時(shí)起,被保險(xiǎn)人應(yīng)在10天內(nèi)向當(dāng)?shù)乇ｋU(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)并會(huì)同檢驗(yàn)受損的貨物。
第二十二條 被保險(xiǎn)人從獲悉或應(yīng)當(dāng)獲悉保險(xiǎn)貨物遭受損失的次日起,如果經(jīng)過(guò)2年不向保險(xiǎn)人申請(qǐng)賠償,不提供必要的單證,或者不領(lǐng)取應(yīng)得的賠款,則視為自愿放棄權(quán)益。被保險(xiǎn)人若放棄對(duì)第三者的索賠,保險(xiǎn)人不承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。
投保人、被保險(xiǎn)人的義務(wù)
第十二條 被保險(xiǎn)人如果不履行下述任何一條規(guī)定的義務(wù),保險(xiǎn)人有權(quán)終止保險(xiǎn)責(zé)任或拒絕賠償部分或全部經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。
(三)液體貨物因受碰撞或擠壓致使所用容器(包括封口)損壞而滲漏的損失,或用液體保藏的貨物因液體滲漏而造成該貨物腐爛變質(zhì)的損失。
