Weighted by volume. Ship To First Commit The percentage of the quantity shipped on or before the first mit date (Original scheduled ship date) on customer order relative to total order quantity. Order Fill Rate The percentage of customer order that has order to ship cycle time on or before the published service level goal as defined for each specific BU or Region. Factory Cycle Time The average number of days required shipping each line item from order entry (Supplier side) to ship date. Weighted by volume.
