【正文】 All the concerned departments(QA, ENG, PERSO， EMB)shall audit,approve the control plan. 文控中心分發(fā)控制計(jì)劃，如果客戶要求，由 PMC 部門轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給客戶確認(rèn)。 Document control centre shall distribute the control plan,if required by customer, PMC shall provide control plan for customer confirmation. 作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括但不限于以下項(xiàng)目 : Work instruction shall include (but not limited to) the followings: 產(chǎn)品的每個(gè)制程和站別的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書必須定義產(chǎn)品的制造過程和檢驗(yàn)方法。 Engineering department shall arrange for test production, on pletion shall release the control plan. 所有相關(guān)部門 (QA, ENG, PERSO， EMB)等審核，批準(zhǔn)控制計(jì)劃。 Every process of the product and work instruction of each process must define product’ s manufacturing process and inspection method。 各部門同意后 ,工程部完成控制計(jì)劃 ,控制計(jì)劃需包括下列內(nèi)容： On acceptance by all departments, engineering department shall plete the control plan, control plan must include the following contents： 流程圖 Process flow chart 文件編號(hào) Document serial number 制程步驟
