【正文】 狀態(tài) 6： 東西 紅燈（ 7） 繼續(xù) 亮， 南北黃燈 （ 8） 亮 。 設(shè)計(jì)思想分析如下： 給一個(gè)啟動(dòng)的輸入信號(hào)， 要配合一個(gè) SB1 的按鈕，當(dāng) SB1 啟動(dòng) 按鈕動(dòng)作 ，系統(tǒng)工作。 PLC 的掃描工作過(guò)程 如圖 2圖 23所示 圖 22 PLC 的 掃描 工作 過(guò)程 圖 圖 23 PLC 的 掃描周期 圖 本章小結(jié) 本 章 介紹的是 PLC 的 產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及應(yīng)用，通 過(guò)這 些基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)， 希望能給 PLC 初學(xué)者經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到的疑惑 有 一些幫助 ， 更好地理解 PLC 的控制 ， 基于 PLC 在交通燈 控制系統(tǒng) 上應(yīng)用 這一范疇 ，使下一步 PLC 的程序設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)際需要有機(jī)地融合在一起 。 中央處理單元 (CPU)是 PLC 的控制中樞，它按照 PLC 系統(tǒng)程序賦予的功能接收并存儲(chǔ)從編程器鍵入的用戶(hù)程序和數(shù)據(jù)、檢查電源、存儲(chǔ)器 I/O 以及警戒定時(shí)器的狀態(tài)；并能診斷用戶(hù)程序中的語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤。 PLC 應(yīng)用于單機(jī)控制、多機(jī)群控、生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)線(xiàn)控制等。 PLC 的性能主要包括 CPU 性能與 I/O 性能兩大方面。 PLC 的應(yīng)用范圍開(kāi)始向順序控制的全部領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)展。但是電器控制系統(tǒng)存在體積大、可靠性低、查找和排除故障困難等缺點(diǎn)，特別是其接線(xiàn)復(fù)雜、不易更改，對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝變化的適應(yīng)性差。 近年來(lái) PLC 的性能價(jià)格比有較大幅度的提高，使得實(shí) 際應(yīng)用成為可能。紅燈是禁行信號(hào)，面對(duì)紅燈的車(chē)輛必須在交叉路口的停車(chē)線(xiàn)后停車(chē)。 關(guān)鍵詞 PLC；交通控制 ； 自動(dòng)化 II Abstract Since the birth of traffic lights, its internal control system have continually been improved. Also began to design methods varied, so that traffic lights bee more intelligent. The PLC with microprocessor as the core, widely adopt ladder diagram language base on the relay contactor control system electrical schematic in programming, so that they are easy to program , to expand the functions and to amend, they have simple structure and strong antiinterference ability .Siemens PLC rich instruction, can take a variety of exports、 imports expanded, the analog input devices and munications equipment is more in line with the traffic light control system with the characteristics, to facilitate working and munications. This paper chooses Siemens PLC S7200 as the main ponents, focus on the hardware interface design , make use of the ladder diagram and the sentence form to carry out a programming , the realization of the traffic lights at the crossroads automation control system.
