【摘要】中國是茶的故鄉(xiāng)，茶是有益健康的中國飲料。茶葉與陶瓷、絲綢并稱為中國三大特產(chǎn)而名揚(yáng)中外，成為中國的代名詞。人們在長期的飲茶實(shí)踐中，逐漸形成了獨(dú)特的茶文化。唐陸羽著《茶經(jīng)》，書中詳細(xì)地論述了茶的形狀、品質(zhì)、產(chǎn)地、采制、烹飲等方法及用具等，是我國第一部關(guān)于茶的專著。著名的龍井茶產(chǎn)地杭州，在西湖畔建有茶葉博物館，供人們參觀。
