[8] 韓喜林 .新型建筑絕熱保溫材料應(yīng)用?設(shè)計?施工 [M].北京：中國建材工業(yè)出版社。現(xiàn)就國際工程中新型建筑材料的選擇及應(yīng)用方面進行探討。 （二） 蒸壓砂加氣混凝土砌塊 蒸壓砂加氣砌塊是一種比較好的新型墻體材料，自保溫系統(tǒng)是利用蒸壓砂加氣砌塊和蒸壓砂加氣板材的優(yōu)良保溫性能，將其作為外墻填充墻體，梁柱等冷熱橋部位采用蒸壓砂加氣保溫塊或其他高效保溫材料處理的外墻保溫系統(tǒng)，也可直接采用板材作為外包于結(jié)構(gòu)的墻體和屋面，形成外墻和屋面結(jié)構(gòu)與保溫層合一的保溫系統(tǒng)，從而達到建筑節(jié)能，省工省料的目的。但由于價格較高，易燃，故使用上受到很大的限制。 EPS 板是由可發(fā)泡性聚苯乙烯珠粒經(jīng)過加熱預(yù)發(fā) 泡后在模具中加熱成型制得，具有閉孔結(jié)構(gòu)； XPS 板是以聚苯乙烯樹脂為主要成分，加入少量添加劑，通過加熱發(fā)泡擠壓成型制得，是一種有閉孔結(jié)構(gòu)的硬質(zhì)泡沫塑料板。仔細修補補丁四周，使其與周邊的紋路融為一體。 ③ 在這塊聚苯板的背面全部涂上粘結(jié)膠漿，但是不得在其四周側(cè)面涂抹粘結(jié)膠漿。 （ 5） 翻包網(wǎng)格布的施工 ① 裁剪窄 幅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)布，長度應(yīng)該由需要翻包的墻體部位的尺度而定； ② 在基層墻體上所有的洞口周邊及其系統(tǒng)終端處，涂抹上粘結(jié)膠漿，寬度為 65mm。 ② 鋪設(shè)網(wǎng)格布時先做翻包網(wǎng)部位，再做大面積鋪設(shè)。聚苯板應(yīng)該自下而上沿水平方向橫向鋪貼，每排標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板應(yīng)錯縫 1/2 板長。 （ 2） 聚苯板的粘貼 ① 裁板：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聚苯板的尺寸為 1200mm*600mm。 （三） 施工工藝 （ 1）材料的準(zhǔn)備和配制 ① 液態(tài)狀膠漿的配制：開罐后，若膠黏劑有分層離析現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)在摻合水泥前將其充分?jǐn)嚢柚聊z漿狀。雨天施工時應(yīng)采取有效的防雨措施，避免雨水沖刷墻面。如對于較寒冷的北方，遮陽措施就不適合。 主要使用于框架結(jié)構(gòu)的填充墻的如加氣砼自保溫體系，詳見下圖： 此外，還有多空隙的空心磚及輕骨料砼空心砌塊等。 其主要技術(shù)有：墻體外（錨）保溫隔熱板體系，即在墻體外部粘貼保溫隔熱板（ ESP薄抹灰）系統(tǒng)，并加塑料脹栓錨固。由于陽光照射到玻璃或者透光材料后，一部分會被玻璃或透光材料吸收然后再以對流和輻射的形式傳入室內(nèi)會 使得夏季里的室內(nèi)溫度升的更高。 透光圍護結(jié) 構(gòu)的節(jié)能原理 由上面概述知，透光圍護結(jié)構(gòu)主要指玻璃門窗和玻璃幕墻等。 圍護結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)能技術(shù)是通過改善建筑物圍護結(jié)構(gòu)的熱工性能，達到夏季隔熱，冬季保溫，使建筑物內(nèi)的溫度達到室內(nèi)人們居住的適宜溫度，減少 采暖或者制冷設(shè)備的使用而達到節(jié)能目的的技術(shù)?，F(xiàn)有建筑面積的 400 億 m2 中，絕大部分為高能耗建筑，且每年新建建筑近 20 億 m2，其中95%以上仍是高能耗建筑。 通過對建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計的研究，使自己更加明 白建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計在可持續(xù)發(fā)展中的重要作用，也讓自己以后在設(shè)計建筑時盡可能做到建筑設(shè)計與節(jié)能相結(jié)合，使兩者達到和諧！通過導(dǎo)師的幫助和相關(guān)資料的收集重點研究圍護結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)能及節(jié)能新材料的相關(guān)知識。 建筑節(jié)能是實施能源、環(huán)境、社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分，也是國際社會建筑走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路的基本取向。 隨著城市建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展，建筑能耗逐年大幅度上升，已達全社會能源消耗量的 32%，加上每年房屋建筑材料生產(chǎn)能耗約 13%，建筑總能耗已達全國能源總消耗量的 45%。通常所指的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)指外圍圍護結(jié)構(gòu)即外墻，屋面，窗戶，陽臺門，外門以及不采暖樓梯間的隔墻和戶門等。而傳熱系數(shù)又與材料種類、構(gòu)造、濕度、厚薄等因素有關(guān)。同樣，其熱傳遞也與其傳熱系數(shù)有關(guān)。使得建筑物的整個外表面都被保溫隔熱層覆蓋，能有效抑制室外氣候?qū)ㄖ挠绊懀瑴p少外墻與室外的熱交換。如砼空心砌塊加薪保溫隔熱墻體系：其砌塊外部為裝飾面層，中間為經(jīng)斷橋 的保溫隔熱層，內(nèi)側(cè)為普通砼空心砌塊，三層復(fù)合在一起由工廠預(yù)制裝飾保溫隔熱砌塊。而遮陽措施也應(yīng)因地制宜。 ③ 施工現(xiàn)場環(huán)境溫度和基層墻體表面溫度連續(xù) 24h 不得低于 4 攝氏度，風(fēng)力不大于 5級。 （二） 施工程序 先對基層墻體處理，再在已經(jīng)有工具準(zhǔn)備的條件下彈線，后基層墻體干燥再在已有材料準(zhǔn)備配粘結(jié)膠漿下粘貼聚苯板，后清理嵌縫，再進行聚苯板打磨找平，再打孔，安裝錨栓，再配粘結(jié)膠漿，后進行裝飾件安裝，特殊部位處理，再涂抹面膠漿，然后鋪設(shè)網(wǎng)格布涂抹膠漿，再找平修補最后進行驗收。注意，聚合物砂漿中只需加入凈水，不得加入其它添加劑，如水泥，砂，骨料，速凝劑，防凍劑，聚合物等其它添加劑。為了保證板面的平整度，應(yīng)隨時用一根長度不小于 的靠尺進行壓平操作。 （ 4）網(wǎng)格布的鋪設(shè)： ① 網(wǎng)格布鋪設(shè)前，應(yīng)先檢查聚苯板是否有縫， 板面是否平整，窗戶周邊，墻邊，墻角是否順直，板面是否干燥，并去除板面的有害物質(zhì)，雜質(zhì)，或表面變質(zhì)部分。 ⑥ 以下部位用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)翻包： 門窗洞口，管道或者其他設(shè)備需穿墻的洞口處； 勒腳，陽臺，雨棚等系統(tǒng)的盡端部位； 變形縫等需要終止系統(tǒng)的部位； 女兒墻頂部的裝飾構(gòu)件。預(yù)切一塊聚苯板，并打磨其邊緣部分，使其能緊密嵌入被切除的破損部位。根據(jù)天氣狀況確定涂料的干燥時間，待其完全干燥后，撕去周邊的粘膠紙帶。 聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料 聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料主要包括兩類：膨脹聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板即 EPS 板，和擠塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板即 XPS 板。該材料有著保溫防水的功能，是保溫防水雙全材料，應(yīng)用于屋頂和墻體上，可以代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的防水層和保溫層，具有兩重功效。 隔熱保溫節(jié)能涂料 可以選擇納米 ITO,ATO,AZO 等將其摻混到高分子集體中成膜，制備隔熱透明涂料。新型建筑材料是在傳統(tǒng)建筑材料基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生的新一代建筑材料，主要包括新型墻體材料、保溫隔熱材料、防水密封材料和裝飾裝修材料。 P68 [5] 《夏熱冬冷地區(qū)居住建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（ JGJ1342021)。 ll wait in the line for one hour to get a ticket, and another two hours at the site, to only see a tiny bit of the place due to the crowds.
