【正文】 a choose this as my topic due to the following is a plicated cognitive process which plays an indispensable part in language ’s more, writing proves to be equally important when students write their resumes, applications, s and reports in their , as the teaching and learning are always neglected by both teachers and English education in China always stresses input rather than a result, students’ writing proficiency is shockingly the above facts, I select the subject “l(fā)exical approach in college English writing” as my my study aims to explore whether there is a relationship between lexical chunks and writing proficiency, how the Lexical Approach can be applied in the teaching of college English writing to improve students’ writing , it’s my outline of my the main part of this paper, I divide it into five one is introduction which involves the current situation of college English writing, the purpose and significance of the two is the literature presents the definition of the lexical chunks and lexical approach to ’s more, this part emphasizes the importance of the lexical chunks in college English three offers the design of the empirical study and the method of teaching four deals with the statistical results of the testing and experiment, and then followed by the discussion and inspiration of the five, also the last part, draws a conclusion that the lexical approach contributes to the improvement of students’ writing proficiency and that the approach is effective and addition, we must continually study the lexical chunks and do more related practices in order to improve our English writing.第五篇:答辯稿針對目前我國的房屋中介交易由于相關(guān)法律不完善可能出現(xiàn)的各種不規(guī)范的問題,在現(xiàn)有的狀況下,怎樣才能使自己的利益不受侵犯,才能在市場中站住腳,這就需要要有銳利的眼光和謹慎的態(tài)度,在各種資源里選擇適合自己的營銷策略。房屋中介市場具有一定的規(guī)模在現(xiàn)階段我國正處于城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè),大批農(nóng)民涌進城市,房屋交易成了房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商利益最大化的前提。在現(xiàn)實生活中,一些房屋中介機構(gòu)為了利益不折手段,想盡一切辦法非法操縱買賣雙發(fā)雙方正常溝通。違章收費,中介服務(wù)名不虛實現(xiàn)在房屋交易市場亂象很大一部分是我國法律體制不健全,懲罰力度不夠,中介機構(gòu)敢了鋌而走險,違章收費,非法收費就是抱有僥幸的心態(tài),這就助長了市場亂象,消費者無處伸冤。四是明確開發(fā)商需要簽訂的合同內(nèi)容。還有就是如何承擔違約責(zé)任;在簽訂合同之前,要明確各項費用問題,一是買主先付給房主的定金,二是買賣雙方合同簽訂后有一方不履行義務(wù)是或者是毀約時需要支付的違約金,三是房屋出現(xiàn)大的質(zhì)量問題,開發(fā)商需要支付給買主的賠償,這個幾個費用要詳細在合同里寫清楚,以免出現(xiàn)糾紛,無從應(yīng)對。開發(fā)商做宣傳的海報往往都是讓市民很動心,但實際交房的房屋質(zhì)量往往差強人意,這就是商家做的虛假廣告,欺騙消費者維護權(quán)益,拒絕有隱瞞的交易們在房屋買賣時,要選擇正規(guī)的中介公司,查看中介機構(gòu)的有效證件,以及他們的收費標準。當有買主上門咨詢時,中介機構(gòu)夸大其詞,蒙騙買主,找各種理由不讓買家賣家溝通,需要買家先交中介費然后負責(zé)聯(lián)系賣家。我國房地產(chǎn)泡沫就是在近幾年形成的,開發(fā)商大批囤積地皮買主緊隨其后,房屋中介的發(fā)展也迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展良機
