【正文】 a choose this as my topic due to the following is a plicated cognitive process which plays an indispensable part in language ’s more, writing proves to be equally important when students write their resumes, applications, s and reports in their , as the teaching and learning are always neglected by both teachers and English education in China always stresses input rather than a result, students’ writing proficiency is shockingly the above facts, I select the subject “l(fā)exical approach in college English writing” as my my study aims to explore whether there is a relationship between lexical chunks and writing proficiency, how the Lexical Approach can be applied in the teaching of college English writing to improve students’ writing , it’s my outline of my the main part of this paper, I divide it into five one is introduction which involves the current situation of college English writing, the purpose and significance of the two is the literature presents the definition of the lexical chunks and lexical approach to ’s more, this part emphasizes the importance of the lexical chunks in college English three offers the design of the empirical study and the method of teaching four deals with the statistical results of the testing and experiment, and then followed by the discussion and inspiration of the five, also the last part, draws a conclusion that the lexical approach contributes to the improvement of students’ writing proficiency and that the approach is effective and addition, we must continually study the lexical chunks and do more related practices in order to improve our English writing.第五篇：答辯稿針對(duì)目前我國(guó)的房屋中介交易由于相關(guān)法律不完善可能出現(xiàn)的各種不規(guī)范的問(wèn)題，在現(xiàn)有的狀況下，怎樣才能使自己的利益不受侵犯，才能在市場(chǎng)中站住腳，這就需要要有銳利的眼光和謹(jǐn)慎的態(tài)度，在各種資源里選擇適合自己的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略。房屋中介市場(chǎng)具有一定的規(guī)模在現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)正處于城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè)，大批農(nóng)民涌進(jìn)城市，房屋交易成了房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)商利益最大化的前提。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，一些房屋中介機(jī)構(gòu)為了利益不折手段，想盡一切辦法非法操縱買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙發(fā)雙方正常溝通。違章收費(fèi)，中介服務(wù)名不虛實(shí)現(xiàn)在房屋交易市場(chǎng)亂象很大一部分是我國(guó)法律體制不健全，懲罰力度不夠，中介機(jī)構(gòu)敢了鋌而走險(xiǎn)，違章收費(fèi)，非法收費(fèi)就是抱有僥幸的心態(tài)，這就助長(zhǎng)了市場(chǎng)亂象，消費(fèi)者無(wú)處伸冤。四是明確開(kāi)發(fā)商需要簽訂的合同內(nèi)容。還有就是如何承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任；在簽訂合同之前，要明確各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用問(wèn)題，一是買(mǎi)主先付給房主的定金，二是買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方合同簽訂后有一方不履行義務(wù)是或者是毀約時(shí)需要支付的違約金，三是房屋出現(xiàn)大的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，開(kāi)發(fā)商需要支付給買(mǎi)主的賠償，這個(gè)幾個(gè)費(fèi)用要詳細(xì)在合同里寫(xiě)清楚，以免出現(xiàn)糾紛，無(wú)從應(yīng)對(duì)。開(kāi)發(fā)商做宣傳的海報(bào)往往都是讓市民很動(dòng)心，但實(shí)際交房的房屋質(zhì)量往往差強(qiáng)人意，這就是商家做的虛假?gòu)V告，欺騙消費(fèi)者維護(hù)權(quán)益，拒絕有隱瞞的交易們?cè)诜课葙I(mǎi)賣(mài)時(shí)，要選擇正規(guī)的中介公司，查看中介機(jī)構(gòu)的有效證件，以及他們的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。當(dāng)有買(mǎi)主上門(mén)咨詢(xún)時(shí)，中介機(jī)構(gòu)夸大其詞，蒙騙買(mǎi)主，找各種理由不讓買(mǎi)家賣(mài)家溝通，需要買(mǎi)家先交中介費(fèi)然后負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系賣(mài)家。我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)泡沫就是在近幾年形成的，開(kāi)發(fā)商大批囤積地皮買(mǎi)主緊隨其后，房屋中介的發(fā)展也迎來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展良機(jī)
