8。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)(楷體,小四號(hào),)Safety pharmacologic studies of KNT009(Times New Roman,二號(hào),居中)ABSTRACT: Objective: To study the effects of KNT009 on nervous, cardiovascular and respiratory systems in animals. Methods: Mice were randomly divided to receive a single . dose of 160, 80, 40, and 0 mg/kg of KNT009 and 80 mg/kg of gatifloxacin respectively, and the spontaneous activities and pulldown abilities of animals were observed. Dogs were randomly divided to receive a single . dose of 40, 20, 10 and 0 mg/kg dose of KNT009 and 20 mg/kg of gatifloxacin respectively, and the blood pressure, ECG, respiratory rate and width of dogs were measured. Results: No obvious effects on spontaneous activities and pulldown abilities in mice were observed. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate of dogs were decreased, the QT interval was prolonged and the respiratory width was increased in dogs. There were doserespose relationship, however, these parame
