In this paper，the threedimensional modeling design of the touch screen mobile phone was designed by the software of PRO/E. Using Pro/E of the rough module, curved surface module, parts to plete the mobile phone screen module, former shell, shell and physical buttons, after the design of ponents, at the same time use the Pro/E finished ponents of the assembly. Through the design of parts, prove Pro/E in plex software in a typical product development process is simple, convenient, quick and other characteristics, So in the designing phase intuitive, reflect design intention, need not make expensive real sample, product structure, performance can be analyzed, and the timely discovery design problems, shorten the design development cycle ,at the same time proves Pro/E application to touch screen mobile phone structure design not only reduce the workload, and save money, greatly improving the product design development efficiency, ply with the requirements of the development of modern technology.Keywords: Touch screen mobile phone, Pro/E software, Virtual assembly11 緒論在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和數(shù)字化迅猛發(fā)展的今天，手機(jī)已經(jīng)成為引領(lǐng)消費(fèi)時(shí)尚的異軍突起的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品，面對(duì)日趨激烈的竟?fàn)幨袌?chǎng)和日益挑剔的消費(fèi)者，如何推動(dòng)手機(jī)業(yè)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，己成為于機(jī)廠商要解決的迫在眉睫的問(wèn)題。因此，靠創(chuàng)新外觀設(shè)計(jì)征服消費(fèi)者的發(fā)展空間還是相當(dāng)大。 (3)實(shí)體造型枝術(shù)2 實(shí)體造型技術(shù)帶來(lái)了算法改進(jìn)和未來(lái)發(fā)展和希望，同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算量的極度膨脹。 使 其 在 視 覺(jué) 和 使 用 效 果 上 能 得 到 一 些 提升 。 繪制前殼基本截面 （3）創(chuàng)建前殼縱向拉伸曲面 單擊 按鈕，選取RIGHT基準(zhǔn)平面作為放置平面，單擊 ，選取深度參照。再使用 鏡像命令對(duì)上述曲線進(jìn)行鏡像， 草繪卡扣輪廓線 進(jìn)行鏡像命令選擇 拉伸命令，選取TOP基準(zhǔn)平面作為放置平面，依次在平面中繪制如圖 面，單擊 ，選取深度參照，并對(duì)其相應(yīng)棱角進(jìn)行倒圓角，至此完成上殼實(shí)體模型。在“元件放置”對(duì)話框中設(shè)置元件的每一個(gè)約束類型為“匹配”，根據(jù)提示選擇正確的曲面作為兩個(gè)放置參照，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)添加第二個(gè)約束，設(shè)置類型為“對(duì)齊”，選擇正確的元件曲面作為放置參照，根據(jù)工作區(qū)中顯示的偏移方向輸入偏移值為0。最初的資料收集，確定設(shè)計(jì)思路；然后選定設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)物，并對(duì)實(shí)物進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集；然后使用Pro/E來(lái)進(jìn)行手機(jī)外殼的實(shí)體模型的重建；然后針對(duì)市場(chǎng)上觸摸屏手機(jī)的一些缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行一些改進(jìn)，對(duì)手機(jī)后殼的形狀和顏色搭配進(jìn)行一些嘗試；然后把設(shè)計(jì)完成后的手機(jī)組件進(jìn)行組裝和組裝之后的爆炸。這次做論文的經(jīng)歷也會(huì)使我終身受益，我感受到做論文是要真真正正用心去做的一件事情，是真正的自己學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程和研究的過(guò)程，沒(méi)有學(xué)習(xí)就不可能有研究的能力，沒(méi)有自己的研究，就不會(huì)有所突破，那也就不叫論文了。在這里，我要對(duì)你們表示深深的謝意！感謝我的指導(dǎo)老師——應(yīng)進(jìn)老師，沒(méi)有您認(rèn)真、細(xì)致的指導(dǎo)就沒(méi)有這篇論文的順利完成。在 此 ， 請(qǐng) 允 許 我 向 尊 敬 的 應(yīng)進(jìn)老 師 表 示 真 摯
