Central Research Institute of Building amp。同時，我國地震區(qū)也分布較廣。在教育部、建設部的統(tǒng)籌安排下，上海市對校舍進行了安全排查，組織相關人員對不符合要求校舍進行抗震加固設計。各種荷載取值如下：活荷載：，走廊；恒荷載：，；墻體荷載：原有240 厚粘土磚墻體，考慮雙面20mm 厚抹灰的重量，；風荷載：基本風壓取0. 55kPa，地面粗糙程度為C類；梁柱荷載：考慮梁柱構件表面粉刷層的重量，梁柱構件自重容重近似取26kN/m3。根據中國建筑科學研究院開發(fā)的PKPM系列軟件JDJG模塊以及現場檢測數據，對房屋結構建模計算分析，驗算結構在地震力作用下的承載能力，建模時，適當考慮了原結構中施工缺陷、鋼筋銹蝕等不利因素的影響，結果如下： 1）地基及基礎：上部結構整體變形不大，無明顯沉降開裂，可評定地基基礎無明顯靜載缺陷。 2）設置鋼筋混凝土板墻:，大于《鑒定規(guī)范》所規(guī)定的16m的高度限值，為高度超限砌體結構。 4）設置外廊懸挑梁端部增設鋼筋混凝土柱:本教學樓結構是外廊式，此類單跨建筑橫向偏心受力，外廊側傾覆力矩較大，縱向質心、剛心偏離，地震時扭轉較為嚴重。預制板和砌體縱、橫墻、大梁連接節(jié)點往往整體性較差，地震時候常常因為在墻體的擱置長度不夠而被震落；同時其平面內剛度無法達到現澆樓板的剛度，地震時水平力無法較為均勻的分配到墻體，造成墻體的不協(xié)調變形。此部分結構加固經常被設計人員所忽視，留下安全隱患。2)設計應提高原
