Methods:All the 210 casas were from the hospitalized patients of Neurology in our hospital,diagnosed cerebral infarction by CT or MRL,all of them were average divided into three groups of ABC by admission time,each group of 70 of them conventional oral aspirin and (or) clopidogrel after next day arterial punctured for blood collection,them three groups of patients respectively oppressed 5min, 10min, 15min with sterile contton pressing parts from the eye of a needle to about 3cm extended by the eye of a needle direction of the vessel wall .Press the cotton swab with the whole index finger,middle finger, ring finger do not let go or rub. Results： There were 18 cases of local bleeding after pressing in A group (％ )， 4cases in B group (％ )， 3cases in Cgroup (％ ).Compare 5 the therr groups there are significant differences (P＜ ). There are significant differences between the two groups of A and B(P＜ )， also between the two groups of A and C (P＜ ) .there are no significant differences between the two groups of B and C(P＞ ). Conclusion: For patients with cerebral infarction, press 10min is the best time to effective hemostasis after radial arterial blood sampling,while taking aspirin, clopidogrel and other antiplatelet medication.
