This system is mainly posed of the ethanol sensor, voltage parator, relay, voice alarm module, and power supply. The system output this information through the voltage signal by detecting alcohol concentration of driver, and then determines the output is high voltage or low voltage through the parison of the voltage parator. The signals are transmitted to the relay control circuit, so when the alcohol concentration of the driver exceeds the standard, the startup circuit of the relay control ignition system cannot work. The automobile will stop moving, at the same time, the speech circuit will performs the alarm function.
