步進(jìn)電機(jī)在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化裝備、辦公自動(dòng)化設(shè)備中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。開環(huán)時(shí),其平穩(wěn)性好,成本低,設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單,但未能實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度細(xì)分。控制系統(tǒng)采用 PLC 來(lái)產(chǎn)生控制脈沖。但由于 PLC 的掃描周期一般為但由于 PLC 。在步進(jìn)電機(jī)幾十年的發(fā)展過程中,按照相數(shù)、步距角以及機(jī)座等劃分,可以說(shuō)出現(xiàn)過的步進(jìn)電機(jī)的規(guī)格品種極其繁多,然而這種狀態(tài)不利于步進(jìn)電機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的 發(fā)展,隨著時(shí)間的推移目前逐步形成了相應(yīng)的主流產(chǎn)品,在西方可以明顯看出最大量應(yīng)用的是定子 8 極轉(zhuǎn)子 50 齒的二相混合式步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī),其次是定子10 極轉(zhuǎn)子 50 齒的五相混合式步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī)。以下是這幾種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式的比較。
