It established project leading group, departments’ directors should be member of leading group, and provincial Environmental Protection Department set up secretariat with 3 staff, which was responsible for daily management of the project. ? 參與項(xiàng)目的各廳局也確定了 1名工作人員，在項(xiàng)目秘書處的指導(dǎo)下開展工作 ? Participated departments and bureaus should appointed one staff, who carry out project according to guidance of the Secretariat. ? 產(chǎn)出 1: 培訓(xùn)和考察： 通過培訓(xùn)不斷地增強(qiáng)各部門協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力和生物多樣性保護(hù)職能的建設(shè)。 ? The contents of the training included the fulfillment of international conventions on biodiversity in our country, international cooperation in biodiversity conservation and project introductions to domestic biodiversity cooperation, wetland conservation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake, biodiversity and its conservation, identification and prevention of alien invasive species, related management capability, biodiversity conservation, sustainable utilization and development of interdepartmental responsibilities, etc. ? 參加培訓(xùn)的人員通過學(xué)習(xí)，生物多樣性保護(hù)的知識和能力得到了明顯提高。 ? Norwegian experts participated technical consultation meetings for four times. ? 通過召開多次會(huì)議，討論項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的方案，總結(jié)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出意見和建議，各部門在生物多樣性保護(hù)領(lǐng)域基本形成了統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識，并協(xié)調(diào)各自的行動(dòng)，依照法律法規(guī)要求，分別做好各部門的工作。 ? GEF project provided many useful suggestions for departments action plans of SinoNorway project. ? 在宣傳上，湖南省環(huán)保局與 GEF和 WWF合作宣傳，推動(dòng)洞庭湖濕地保護(hù)和生物多樣性保護(hù)，吸引更多公眾的關(guān)注和參與。） ? Secondly, departments cooperations should be a longterm and gradually process, which is difficult to achieve significant results. ( implementation limit of the project is only two years, some further problems of departments cooperations has not involved it, so establishment of a perfect and smooth coordination system need to further efforts.) ? 第三，中挪項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)是加強(qiáng) 洞庭湖生物多樣性保護(hù)的橫向合作和部門管理，項(xiàng)目并未涉及到生物多樣性保護(hù)的實(shí)際投入。 ?
