基于閑時整合收集的一些資料,談一下新人如何準備ITIL V3 FOUNDATION考試。一是有關獲得ITIL EXPERT證書的最佳途徑問題。事實上,還存在一條第三路線,便是通過ITIL V2實踐課程,再加上MANAGE ACROSS THE LIFECYCLE,最終獲得ITIL EXPERT。 V3 FOUNDATION:3天 這是中國學生所喜愛的。其結果也比較有趣,現(xiàn)在這里和大家分享。平均每門考試通過率:86%。另外,V3中增加了很多新的功能,如TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT,APPLICATION
