This paper describe the structure of the system and the work principle about industrial steam boiler adding to its function of control system .The paper importantly investigate the modularization design of hardware and software based on strong PLC, which is the core of the whole system. It concretely investigate a few dynamic states of the well controlling steam boiler in according to control loop arithmetic.
