【正文】 in paragraphs (b)(1) and (2) of this section. You must also conduct a performance test to demonstrate initial pliance with the 30day rolling average operating limit for the oil content of the sinter plant feedstock in 167。What are my general requirements for plying with this subpart?(a) You must be in pliance with the emission limitations and operation and maintenance requirements in this subpart at all times, except during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction as defined in 167。(b)(2), you must take corrective actions consistent with your sitespecific monitoring plan in accordance with 167。(2) For each venturi scrubber applied to meet any particulate emission limit in Table 1 to this subpart, you must maintain the hourly average pressure drop and scrubber water flow rate at or above the minimum levels established during the initial performance test.(3) For each electrostatic precipitator applied to emissions from a BOPF, you must maintain the hourly average opacity of emissions exiting the control device at or below 10 percent.(c) An owner or operator who uses an air pollution control device other than a baghouse, venturi scrubber, or electrostatic precipitator must submit a description of the device。Subpart FFFFF—National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing FacilitiesSource: What is the purpose of this subpart?This subpart establishes national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for integrated iron and steel manufacturing facilities. This subpart also establishes requirements to demonstrate initial and continuous pliance with all applicable emission limitations and operation and maintenance requirements in this subpart.167。What emission limitations must I meet?(a) You must meet each emission limit and opacity limit in Table 1 to this subpart that applies to you.(b) You must meet each operating limit for capture systems and control devices in paragraphs (b)(1) through (3) of this section that applies to you.(1) You must operate each capture system applied to emissions from a sinter plant discharge end or blast furnace casthouse or to secondary emissions from a BOPF at or above the lowest value or settings established for the operating limits in your operation and maintenance plan。(a), and the data used to set the value or setting for the parameter for each of your process configurations.(4) Corrective action procedures for baghouses equipped with bag leak detection systems or continuous opacity monitoring systems (COMS). In the event a bag leak detection system alarm is triggered or emissions from a baghouse equipped with a COMS exceed an hourly average opacity of 5 percent, you must initiate corrective action to determine the cause of the alarm within 1 hour of the alarm, initiate corrective action to correct the cause of the problem within 24 hours of the alarm, and plete the corrective action as soon as practicable. Corrective actions may include, but are not limited to:(i) Inspecting the baghouse for air leaks, torn or broken bags or filter media, or any other condition that may cause an increase in emissions.(ii) Sealing off defective bags or filter media.(iii) Replacing defective bags or filter media or otherwise repairing the control device.(iv) Sealing off a defective baghouse partment.(v) Cleaning the bag leak detection system probe, or otherwise repair the bag leak detection system.(vi) Shutting down the process producing the particulate emissions.(5) Corrective action procedures for venturi scrubbers equipped with continuous parameter monitoring systems (CPMS). In the event a venturi scrubber exceeds the operating limit in 167。Ci= Concentration of particulate matter from exhaust stream “i”, gr/dscf。(h)(5) and the conditions detailed in paragraphs (b) through (d) of this section.(b) You must conduct each visible emissions performance test such that the opacity observations overlap with the performance test for particulate matter.(c) To determine pliance with the applicable opacity limit in T
