【正文】 字符型 10保質(zhì)期 字符型 3數(shù)量 雙精度型 8 2進(jìn)價(jià) 數(shù)值型 10其中入庫票號和消耗品編號是主碼。這一設(shè)計(jì)階段是在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)出能夠滿足使用者需求的各種實(shí)體，以及它們之間的關(guān)系，為后面的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)打下基礎(chǔ)。收集基本數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)以及數(shù)據(jù)處理的流程，組成一份詳盡的數(shù)據(jù)字典，為后面的具體設(shè)計(jì)打下基礎(chǔ)。并把其用報(bào)表打印供醫(yī)院使用。(1)收款單可以瀏覽收款信息。(1)庫存查詢就是對庫存中的消耗品按編號、名稱等多個(gè)字段進(jìn)行模糊或準(zhǔn)確查詢，并把庫存列表顯示出來。而且當(dāng)輸入銷售單的起始和結(jié)束時(shí)間后，點(diǎn)查詢可實(shí)現(xiàn)查詢銷售的消耗品信息 進(jìn)貨管理：包括入庫登記、入庫退貨、入庫報(bào)表。系統(tǒng)包括自動(dòng)計(jì)算消耗品的入庫票號、按各種方式查詢數(shù)據(jù)、打印報(bào)表和預(yù)覽消耗品各種信息、入庫消耗品清單、銷售消耗品清單、統(tǒng)計(jì)等功能。而且使用傳統(tǒng)人工的方式管理消耗品存在著許多缺點(diǎn),如:效率低、保密性差,另外時(shí)間一長,將產(chǎn)生大量的文件和數(shù)據(jù),這對于查找、更新和維護(hù)都帶來了不少的困難。開發(fā)Hospital consumables management systemAbstract：The article mainly introduces the development of the consumable management information system for CaiDa consumables. TCMIS realized puterizing management for some major process. TCMIS consists of consumables management, sales management, replenish stock management, store management ,shipment management, financial management, accounts management, inquiry , forms printing, customers information, system setting, data maintenance, help, quit .etc, TCMIS can pute automatically consumable exchange shop, and pick up the out of date or needful consumables, inquiring according to all kinds of ways, printing and previewing consumable price, list of new consumables, list of out of date consumables, list of needful consumables, etc. TCMIS makes the system simple, standard, reasonable and scientific. TCMIS also is fairly effective, and has friendly interface.
