【正文】 秀干部。中、小隊(duì)長由各班中隊(duì)公開、公平選舉產(chǎn)生，中隊(duì)長各班一名（共11名），一般由班長擔(dān)任，也可以根據(jù)本班的實(shí)際情況另行選舉。(The Seller shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Contract in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which may occur.
