學生公寓空氣源熱泵熱水系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計(存儲版)
【正文】 能帶來經(jīng)濟效益 ,而且給消費者帶來信心 ；管網(wǎng)水力設(shè)計與常規(guī)熱水系統(tǒng)管網(wǎng)相同。 參考文獻 5指出，每個學生預期能夠承擔每月的熱水費用支出 平均為 ，每年大約 136元 。 每天 16:45和 21:00,供水前運行主機及循環(huán)水泵 10分鐘左右，以保證 管網(wǎng)內(nèi) 供水溫度，然后停用循環(huán)泵，當檢測到供水水壓不能滿足要求時，啟動加壓配水泵供水。 與表 1 所需的供熱量與供熱水量相比，可滿足要求。保溫材料與管道或設(shè)備外壁緊密相貼，在保溫層外表面做防護層。 考慮到供水的方便，以及熱水的水力平衡， 熱水從 蓄熱水箱出來經(jīng)主干管分到立管，由立管往下向每個宿舍供應熱水 。 對各種能源或熱源設(shè)備從熱效率、能效比等進行比較分析 [3]， 由表 2 可知道，燃料熱效率或設(shè)備熱效率最高的是熱泵熱水機組，從能量利用的角度看，空氣源熱泵機組是最理想的選擇；從經(jīng)濟的角度看，煤作為燃料制熱水 ，由于本身存在價格優(yōu)勢，有一定的經(jīng)濟性，燃煤鍋爐作為傳統(tǒng)的供熱方式一直存在到今天也是得益于這個優(yōu)勢。根據(jù) “ 設(shè)計 規(guī)范” ，我校學生公寓每室四人 已不是傳統(tǒng)集體宿舍那樣密集，與住宅更相近，所以熱水定額 qh取住宅類定額 較大值 200l/h； 熱水設(shè)備出口熱水水溫 tr 選取 55℃， 衛(wèi)生器具用水溫度 th 為 40℃ ， 冷水溫度 tl 取 10℃ ； 熱水水質(zhì)應符合現(xiàn)行《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標準》 ——GB57492020 的要求 ,考慮到高溫熱水容易結(jié)垢，對設(shè)備腐蝕，冷水補水先進行軟化處理。不僅 大型的 集中供熱系統(tǒng) ， 而且越來越多的 小型家用 冷暖熱泵空調(diào)器、 空氣源熱泵熱水器也投放市場。 關(guān)鍵詞： 空氣源熱泵；生活熱水；熱泵熱水；學生 公寓 Hot Water System engineering design for Student Apartment with Central Air Source Heat Pump LONG Quanzhao Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Heat Energy and Power Engineering Faculty Adviser WANG Jianmin Abstract： Based on such principles as fortability, economical efficiency, practical and convenient for managing, fully considering the requirements for energy saving and environmental protection, economically analyzing each kind of hot water system and bining the using situation of the student apartment of our new campus, the design adopts the air source heat pump hot water system to acplish the whole project design of its system in student apartment. Also, the proper design on the operating and controlling scheme of the system was carried to play its role as saving energy for the air source heat pump system to the greatest extent.
