圖書(shū)館信息學(xué)英文學(xué)術(shù)論文的寫作與發(fā)表(存儲(chǔ)版)
【正文】 ion from an overwhelming amount of vast information over the inter is one of the major concerns inthe electronic environment. The search engine is an effective and efficient inter information search tool that has been developed to help the users solve this problem. The present study analyses and pares the five selected search engines viz, Google, Bing, Yahoo, ASK, and AOL on the basis of search facilities, features, techniques, and strategies. The results of the study reveal that out of twenty seven identify features the yahoo provides the search to twenty two options, where as the Google provides twenty one options. TheGoogle, Yahoo and Bing search engines provide various search techniques and facilities on subject related information. Theperformance of the currently available search engines has been improving continuously with the powerful search capabilities of various types.
