高一英語教師上學期工作總結(jié)(存儲版)
【正文】 來源就是圖書館了，一般參考資料來源可分成教科書或手冊、政府機構(gòu)的報告、科技或商業(yè)方面的雜志，及會議性質(zhì)的資料。投影機及麥克風的使用對講演的效果有很大幫助，正式講演前多預習幾次，時間宜控制適中，上臺時忌諱低頭拿著報告照念，需留意聽眾的反應，切中主題，避免太多數(shù)字的導引。這學期的重點是幫助他們認識到高中英語的重要性和與初中英語學習的區(qū)別，幫助他們養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。此外，每天會在課前教一句名言高考優(yōu)美句型。與其他幾位教師一起，在班上選出幾位學生，每周一、周三晚自修前進行培優(yōu)扶差的補習，學生選擇補習內(nèi)容，教師加以輔導，進一步提高他們的學習水平和積極性，并及時檢查。認真撰寫教學論文和教學案例反思，及時總結(jié)自己在英語教學上的心得體會；努力提高自己多媒體課件制作的水平，努力開拓自己的知識視野，增加自己的知識儲備，不斷地給自己“充電”、“加壓”。 A bad beginning makes a bad ending. 不善始者不善終。 1A good medicine tastes bitter. 良藥苦口。 Better late than never. 不怕慢，單怕站。t put off till tomorrow what should be done today. 今日事，今日畢。 3Every man is the architect of his own fortune. 自己的命運自己掌握。 4It is never too old to learn. 活到老，學到老。5Nothing in the world is difficult if you set your mind to it. 世上無難事，只怕有心人。）Superstar and IIt’s mon that many students are crazy about those singers and actors.
