【正文】 關(guān)系十分密切，最終形成的這個(gè)一體化系統(tǒng)可以 面向 整個(gè) 企業(yè) 的方方面面 。開(kāi)環(huán) MRP 的邏輯關(guān)系如圖 所示。這種方法對(duì)于連續(xù)均勻消耗的物料，尤其是耗量大而價(jià)值低廉的物料具有一定適應(yīng)性 [19]。 本章主要介紹了 ERP 環(huán)境下庫(kù)存管理與控制的背景與意義，總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)本課題的研究的現(xiàn)狀，最后對(duì)本課題的研究方法和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。本章主要探討了 6 種最先進(jìn)的庫(kù)存管理和控制方法，包括零庫(kù)存，延遲策略， VMI， JMI， CPFR，多級(jí)庫(kù)存，并對(duì)他們的實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行了論述，最后提出彈性庫(kù)存管理的思想。根據(jù)不同 物料、不同的季節(jié)、不同的地域 來(lái)進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的管理 , 把 先進(jìn)的庫(kù)存 管理的一些 理論，如 VMI， JMI， CPFR等 和傳統(tǒng)的庫(kù)存管理理論，如 ABC 庫(kù)存分類(lèi)，經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨法 等 結(jié)合使用，同時(shí)還和生產(chǎn)管理理論 JIT 等 與 ORACLE ERP 系統(tǒng)結(jié)合起來(lái) ， 從企業(yè)的實(shí)際出來(lái)，因地制宜地和企業(yè)實(shí)際環(huán)境制定出適合一般企業(yè)的 庫(kù)存管理策略，并通過(guò)實(shí)例分析研究了 ERP 環(huán)境下 彈性 庫(kù)存管理。黃會(huì) 然 設(shè)定的 庫(kù)存最優(yōu) 存儲(chǔ) 模型 是基于 有限耐煩期 ， 假定 常數(shù)變質(zhì)率 、 常需求 以及短缺量完全拖后 [14]。 在庫(kù)存管理模式方面 ： Ansari. A 對(duì) JIT（ Just in time）準(zhǔn)時(shí) 生產(chǎn)方式 做了 比較深入的研究 ； Ki Ling 分析了 在供應(yīng)中加強(qiáng) 合作中 能給庫(kù)存 帶來(lái)的益處 ； Hariga則 討論了 基于 不考慮 儲(chǔ)存 成本情況下的庫(kù)存 控制 模型； Mathieu 對(duì) 不同的庫(kù)存管理模式 下的 庫(kù)存水平 做出比較 ， 最后論述了為 適應(yīng)不同的生產(chǎn)需要 選擇合適的庫(kù)存管理模式 的 重要性。 Giri 和 Chakrabarty 于 1995 年 發(fā)展了 在 不缺貨、部分缺貨 和 完全缺貨情形下 存貨影響銷(xiāo)售率時(shí)的 3 種庫(kù)存模型 ，其 目標(biāo) 是 單位時(shí)間的利潤(rùn)最大化，主要是用于 產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售環(huán)節(jié) [3]。因此新環(huán)境下的庫(kù)存管理方法及相應(yīng)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)非常值得 我 們進(jìn)行深入的研究和探討 。 關(guān)鍵詞： ERP， 庫(kù)存管理 ， 供應(yīng)鏈 ， ORACLE 系統(tǒng) 浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 Abstract ii Abstract In modern society, the enterprise pay more and more attention to informationization construction in order to improve the level of management. As a kind of advanced information management system,ERP system thus has been widely implemented. Under the circumstances. As an important part in enterprise management, inventory management is presenting the new characteristics, and it is also faced with the new problems. Therefore, it has very important significance to do research on inventory management. This paper has researched inventory control based on ERP through the method of theory and practice bination. It has analyzed the problem in stock in the enterprise in our country under the environment of ERP and put forward the method of its solution, as well as, discussed the different controlling strategy in stock. The major working and research acplishment of this paper includes: 1. Have introduced the research background, meaning and main content area of foreign and domestic research in recent decades and literature. 2. Have Expounded the ERP theory and inventory management theory, including ERP core idea and application status, influence on enterprise inventory management and traditional inventory control methods, and explains the relationship between inventory and ERP. made a detailed analysis the problem in stock in the enterprises of our country under the environment of ERP and on the reason of the uncertainty and bullwhip effect in control stock and have put forward to adopting the different control strategy on the different business links in SCM,so as to reduce the stock cost. 4. Combining with the actual case, this paper has discussed the problems of its inventory management, flexible inventory management is presented in this paper and gives the corresponding solutions, and achieves it connecting with the ORACLE system.
