【正文】 買、賣雙方因本合同發(fā)生爭議，應(yīng)當友好協(xié)商；協(xié)商不成，雙方同意將本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的一切爭議提交北京 仲裁委員會并按該會仲裁規(guī)則仲裁，仲裁是終局的，對雙方均有拘束力。雙方經(jīng)過平等協(xié)商，在真實、充分地表達各自意愿的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》的規(guī)定，達成如下協(xié)議，并由雙方共同恪守。 一、 服務(wù)內(nèi)容 （ Service details） Part B shall send a technical engineer to Ghedem Cement Factory for repair and maintenance of xray spectrometer, Part A shall provide necessary assistance and pay technical service remuneration accordingly. 乙方指派一名服務(wù)人員赴厄特進行 熒光分析儀 的維修、維護工作，甲方負責(zé)提供 必要的協(xié)助并支付相關(guān)費用。 The present contract shall be governed and construed by the Laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute between the Buyer and the Seller on present contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation cannot make the agreement, both parties agree to have the dispute arising from or related to present contract submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission and settled in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.
