【正文】 醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)是醫(yī)療廢物管理的主體，要嚴(yán)格按照《醫(yī)療廢棄物管理?xiàng)l例》有關(guān)要求，進(jìn)一步建立醫(yī)療廢物管理責(zé)任制，健全各項(xiàng)管理規(guī)章制度和應(yīng)急預(yù)案，明確專門部門或?qū)?兼)職人員負(fù)責(zé)本單位醫(yī)療廢物處置工作，嚴(yán)格落實(shí)責(zé)任，切實(shí)做好醫(yī)療廢物分類收集、暫存、處置等環(huán)節(jié)工作，并做好相關(guān)記錄。在醫(yī)療廢物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)后，應(yīng)對儲存地點(diǎn)清洗消毒處理。均與市環(huán)保部門簽訂有正式的醫(yī)療廢物處置協(xié)議，但因醫(yī)療廢物量不多故有醫(yī)療廢物儲存時間過長現(xiàn)象。更甚者將醫(yī)療廢物直接丟棄于未套塑料袋的無蓋塑料桶或臉盆內(nèi)。人員配置及監(jiān)管方面不力，或是未設(shè)置醫(yī)療廢物管理監(jiān)督人員、或是隨意指定一名護(hù)理人員監(jiān)管，即無工作責(zé)職也無檢查監(jiān)管內(nèi)容，有名無實(shí)且缺乏醫(yī)院感染管理的知識經(jīng)驗(yàn)，更未經(jīng)過相關(guān)法律等知識的正規(guī)培訓(xùn)或知識嚴(yán)重老化，使醫(yī)療廢物管理各項(xiàng)工作落實(shí)不到位。 , The were more problems especially in the hospital infection management organization,training, disinfection and disposal of medical : The presence of medical waste management problems in the most private hospitals were mainly 1, without special and supervision , medical waste concept was not , medical waste classification was not , medical wastes were not in accordance with the requirements of classification , waste containers were placed randomly and , medical waste temporary placements were nonstandard..7, waste recycling was not , medical waste disposal without self the management of hospital infection especially problems existing in the management of medical wastes were similar to most private hospitals and basic level hospitals , and the leading in private hospitals did not attach importance to the prevention and control of hospital infection and the awareness was apathetic..lack of personnel medical training and the superiordepartments effective of the problems existing in the medical waste management of private hospital infection, puting forward corresponding countermeasures have great significance for the broad masses of medical safety.[keyword]private hospitals,medical waste ,countermeasures民營醫(yī)院近來發(fā)展迅速，但對醫(yī)院感染管理方面卻缺乏有效的監(jiān)管，使得民營醫(yī)院的醫(yī)院感染管理工作存在很多不容
