【正文】 課程設(shè)計也讓我學(xué)會了要充分的查找資料，利用身邊的資源以及學(xué)會冷靜的面對課程設(shè)計中出現(xiàn)的問題，從而去有效地解決問題。 單環(huán)微環(huán)諧振濾波器的參數(shù)掃描仿真在上一步的仿真中只是取一種波導(dǎo)參數(shù)的結(jié)果，如果需要改變波導(dǎo)參數(shù)，則需要重新作仿真，所以接下來需要進行的是參數(shù)掃描仿真，點擊軟件工作界面的 Perform Parameter Scan進入?yún)?shù)掃描仿真的界面，如圖313所示。至此，模擬環(huán)境已基本設(shè)置完畢。設(shè)置好參數(shù)之后即可開始進行單環(huán)微環(huán)諧振濾波器的繪制，最后繪制好的濾波器圖形如下圖34中所示。其中包含了 BPM,FDTD,FEM等多種算法，使得它能夠適用于各種不同要求場合。2C1js?2js?圖25 單環(huán)上下載諧振濾波器的信號流程圖其中， 為輸入端結(jié)點， 和 分別表示輸出端結(jié)點和下載端結(jié)點。微環(huán)共振濾波器的濾波效果主要由功率耦合比 k 和微環(huán)波導(dǎo)的彎曲損耗決定。用作光濾波器的單環(huán)微環(huán)諧振器武漢理工大學(xué)《光電子技術(shù)》課程設(shè)計5的基本構(gòu)成包括，一個光微環(huán)以及分別與微環(huán)相耦合的用于光波輸入與輸出的光引導(dǎo)波導(dǎo)。本章研究微環(huán)諧振器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)，簡要介紹了他的概念和應(yīng)用，其中重點介紹了作為光學(xué)濾波器的應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞：波導(dǎo)光學(xué)；信號流程圖；微環(huán)諧振腔；光濾波器武漢理工大學(xué)《光電子技術(shù)》課程設(shè)計2AbstractWith the rapid development of munication technologies, Dense Wave Division Multiplexing(DWDM) is being utilized to construct a highcapacity optical fiber munication. Modern optical munications bee higher capacity, and develop more devices in integrated optics will be modularized. The very large scale of integration on photonic circuits (VLSIPCs) is one of development directions of the optical munications in the future.
